This means you will mess up on other things which matter to you, and when you think of returning back to fix them it will be impossible for you.

 

This is because if you move back, you will also end up messing up other things that are moving fast before you.

Figure this out, you are working on your passion, you are trying to improve yourself, you are working on your relationship because it’s a mess right now, your family has an issue that needs you to be involved and you need to study.

 

Are you going to manage to work on these things at once? You are not going to do all, you will only manage to do a few of these things.

 

And the moment you leave others untouched you will feel so bad about yourself and this will keep making your life become too overwhelming.

 

You will feel that you have no control over everything in your life, this is enough to drive you nuts.

 

Try to work on one thing at a time instead of pilling so many tasks on yourself, this is what is going to help you take control of everything that is happening in your life.

 

You will also have the chance to focus on one thing and make it to your own liking before you move to the next work.

 

Doing this is going to prevent your life from becoming too overwhelming.

 

7. Stop overthinking everything.

If you always overthink everything in your life, you are going to have a tough time.

 

When you are overthinking about everything your head is going to be filled with so many thoughts that you can’t even handle.
