1. Reconnect with yourself.
If you want to find your inner self again the first thing you have to do is to reconnect with yourself.

And if you are a Christian you should go back to church and get closer to your creator.
It doesn’t matter the religion you are in, if you have something that you believe in and it makes you feel whole you have to create that connection.

Being cruel to other people is something that is going to deprive you of something.
We have people who think that there is no problem with being rude to other people.
They think that there is no harm in hurting anyone.
But the truth is that the moment other people hate you for how you handle them you are going to lose your inner self.
Something that used to shine within you and made you seen by other people is going to fade.
And you will end up feeling empty.
